Please submit images of works to Kim Taylor Reece Gallery by:
October 17, 2008 by 5pm.
Digital Files, CDs or slides are accepted; no original works please.

ELIGIBILITY:
Any fine art media is acceptable: All entries must be original work executed with in the last three years

• Oil / Acrylic / Watercolor, Pastel
• Photography / Mixed Media
• Three-Dimensional / Glass / Ceramic / Bronze/ Mixed Media

ENTRY FEES:
A non-refundable entry fee of $25 for the first entry. $10.00 for each additional entry. Completed entry form should be received by, October 17, 2008. Artist may submit as many as three entries. The artwork you wish to enter will be accepted by digital images on CD or by E-Mail. All checks should be made payable to Kim Taylor Reece Gallery. If work is accepted, artist will be notified by October 21, 2008. Each entry must be labeled on the back or bottom with the artist’s name, title of the art and medium.

• Open to all artists. All work must be original in interpretation & composition.
• Two-dimensional work must be dry & ready to hang
• Two-dimensional work may not exceed 50 inches in the longest dimension including the frame
• Three-dimensional work that requires special handling will be accepted at the discretion of Kim Taylor Reece Gallery
• All artwork must be for sale and priced with intent to sell.
• If entry is judged not to be the same quality as the digital image or deemed inappropriate, Kim Taylor Reece Gallery reserves the right to exclude it from the show

DELIVERY AND PICK UP:
Hand deliver all artwork to Kim Taylor Reece Gallery on October 30 from Noon to 4:00 p.m. On Art intake Day, artists are issued a separate receipt for each artwork entry. KTRG artwork receipt must be presented when picking up any and all artwork.

Pick up time for all unsold artwork entries is December 2, 2008 from Noon to 4:00 p.m. Any artwork remaining by that date will be subject to a late fee of $3 per day. Art not picked up within 30 days will become the property of KTRG.

Non-Liability:
Kim Taylor Reece Gallery shall not be liable for loss or damage to any works of art entered.

Kim Taylor Reece Gallery will take reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage, but the entrant must assume liability.
